Information you submit
The contact form may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, inquiry category, message, consent choice, and campaign attribution attached to your visit. The newsletter form collects your email address and marketing consent.
How it is used
Form submissions are sent to CriosCRM so inquiries can be reviewed, answered, and organized, and so requested project updates can be sent. Submitting a form does not create a reservation, confirm an event, or complete a purchase.
No payments or bookings
The current website does not collect payment-card information and does not accept tour bookings or reservation requests.
Technical records
The website and its service providers may process limited request, security, and error information needed to operate and protect the site. This notice does not claim tracking or sharing practices that are not documented in the current implementation.
Your choices
Do not send sensitive information through the forms. You may ask a privacy question or request help with submitted information through the contact page.
Updates
This notice should be reviewed when analytics, advertising, payment, booking, or additional data services are introduced.
